* Accuracy of Information: The Client must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout the service engagement.

* Academic Integrity: ThesisCentral services are strictly for academic assistance, guidance, and consultation. They are intended to support the Client's learning and research process. The work provided by ThesisCentral (e.g., drafts, edited documents, analyses) is NOT intended to be submitted as the Client's own original work without substantial personal effort, understanding, and adaptation by the Client. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all work submitted to their academic institution complies with their university's academic integrity policies, plagiarism rules, and ethical guidelines. ThesisCentral explicitly disclaims any responsibility for misuse of its services or materials leading to academic dishonesty.

* Communication: The Client is responsible for timely communication, providing necessary materials, feedback, and approvals required for the successful delivery of services.

* Deadlines: While ThesisCentral strives to adhere to agreed-upon timelines, delays caused by the Client's迟延 in providing information or feedback may impact project completion.

* Pricing: All fees for ThesisCentral services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) as per the Fee Table provided or a custom proposal. Fees are subject to change without prior notice for new engagements. However, once a service agreement is confirmed and payment made for that specific service, the agreed fee will apply.

* Payment Terms: Full payment or an agreed-upon instalment, as specified in the service proposal, must be made in advance before the commencement of any service.

* Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Fees:

* All fees paid to ThesisCentral for services rendered or initiated are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for consultations, started projects (e.g., after the initial review of documents, commencement of writing, editing, or analysis), seminar registrations, or any service where our consultants have already dedicated time and resources.

* Fees are non-transferable to another person or another service unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by ThesisCentral at its sole discretion.

* Rationale: Our services involve the immediate allocation of expert resources, time, and intellectual property. Once our consultants commence work or resources are committed, the costs are incurred by ThesisCentral.

* Exceptions (as per Indian Consumer Law): While our general policy is non-refundable, ThesisCentral acknowledges its obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws. In the rare event of a proven and undeniable deficiency in service directly attributable to ThesisCentral (i.e., failure to deliver the agreed-upon service as per the proposal, and not due to client's non-cooperation or misrepresentation), ThesisCentral will review such cases on a case-by-case basis. Any potential resolution, including partial refunds (after deduction for work completed and administrative charges), will be at the sole discretion of ThesisCentral's management and will require robust evidence from the Client.

* Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without first exhausting all resolution avenues with ThesisCentral, or without valid legal grounds for deficiency of service, will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of services and/or legal action.

* All materials, methodologies, templates, tools, and content provided by ThesisCentral remain the intellectual property of ThesisCentral until full payment for the respective service is received. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for their academic purposes only.

* The Client retains intellectual property rights over their original research data and core thesis content.

* ThesisCentral commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's personal information and thesis-related data provided during the engagement, subject to legal requirements.

* We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

* ThesisCentral strives to provide high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or publication in journals. Our services are advisory and supportive in nature.

* ThesisCentral shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

* Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

* ThesisCentral reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any Client immediately, without prior notice, if the Client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent or dishonest activity, or fails to cooperate.

* In case of termination due to Client's breach, any fees paid will be forfeited.

* These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

* Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall be primarily resolved through amicable negotiation between ThesisCentral and the Client.

* If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

ThesisCentral reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the Client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of our services after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
